The driver who delivered my floral gift was incredible. She/he went out of the way to get my input when no one answered the door after the first attempt. Rather than just leaving the gift at the door, this person reached out to me for my guidance because the weather was turning very cold. This person then offered to re-deliver it the next day based on my input. Finally, this person let me know the gift was delivered. I am not used to that level of service from a driver. Great experience. I ordered an arrangement at nine in the morning and the local delivery of a better than expected plant arrangement was made before noon, the same day, at no extra cost!
