The ordering process was simple and straight forward. The arrangement was better than pictured, bright beautiful healthy flowers were delivered. However, we were a little disappointed in the delivery time. The flowers weren't delivered until after 3pm on the delivery day. Maybe providing an estimated delivery time would be beneficial in the future. Otherwise very impressed! Thank you
