Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.

The only negative part of my experience was that I ordered online to have the flowers ready to pickup between 10 and 11 on Friday and when I came to pick them up early Friday afternoon, it took a while to find my order. This was not a big deal and obviously Friday was an extremely busy day for Blue Moon. The positive side was a complimentary V-day card and a complimentary bag of chocolate pretzels that I enjoyed and the Blooming Love arrangement that I selected from two options was BEAUTIFUL and Deb, my Valentine, loved it, and the flowers and Deb are both still beautiful today.
