We see trends, some staying longer than others, and some repeating every few years, come through our shop. When we talk to brides, we love how they take a trend and make it their own with personal twists. One trend we've seen a lot these last few years, that's going to stick around for a while, is the Rustic trend. Rustic doesn't just mean cowboy boots, hay bails, and farms anymore! Whether you're on the laid-back, country rustic end, or the rustic/shabby/vintage-chic end of the “rustic” spectrum, there's no shortage of tweaks and influences to make this style your own! Here are some of our favorite rustic bouquets and arrangements from recent Blue Moon weddings.

This gorgeous, soft pink wedding was an influence of romantic and rustic combined – and, wow did it look stunning! The natural atmosphere was perfect with accessories of colored vases, and simple floral combinations of babies breath and garden roses. The bouquets were gorgeous with shades of pink and purple garden roses and dahlias with pops of green hypericum berry and ranunculous. If you're going for a romantic look with a rustic-chic influence, this is a gorgeous way to do it!

These table arrangements are just amazing! Wildflowers, with a mix of rustic accessories at each table, set the tone for this beautiful reception! The vases were filled with different combinations of craspedia, alstromeria, silver eucalyptus, mini gerbera daisies, assorted foliages, and cherry dianthus. Rustic staples like burlap, lanterns, wooden slabs, and various antique vases adorned the tables to create this rustic atmosphere! We love how they switched up the table linen for their sweetheart table as well – make yourselves stand out! It's your day, after all!

Now THIS is rustic/vintage-chic done right! The dresses, the bouquets, the accessories – they're all perfection! Her simple hair piece, made with pink astilbe that match her bridesmaids bouquets and ceremony décor, scream rustic-chic, without being cliche. The bridesmaids wore unique and mis-matched dresses that visually made the bridal party absolutely stunning. Hanging ceremony floral décor?! Yes, please!!! Once again, greenery and pink astilbe fill these simple vases for a dreamy atmosphere to say “I do”! Their reception was cozy, and maxed out rustic! Held at Terrain at Styers in Glen Mills, the look of the venue was ideal for their rustic style. Simple arrangements of pink astilbe, roses, calcynia, and lisianthus lined alongside small votives down a burlap runner on wood tables, could not have been more perfect. We are in love love love with this wedding and the stylish choices (florally and otherwise) made by this couple! (For those wondering, YES, they did have cafe lighting inside for their reception, and it was stunning!)

This wedding was absolutely gorgeous in every aspect. With the ceremony space (the babies breath lining the aisle was lovely) and lighting, simple rustic influences were carried throughout the entire day, including the florals! Her beautiful bridal bouquet is cool water roses, dusty miller, and silver brunnia, with complimentary bridesmaid bouquets of the same flowers.

Alright, alright – this wedding definitely ties our top spot for vintage-chic (you'll see why next!)! Their wildflower bouquets of protea, garden roses, thistle, ranunculus, and gerbera daisies are incredible paired with her vintage wedding dress and jewelry, and mis-matched bridesmaid dresses. Wood slabs with votives, mason jars, and colorful vases filled with the same flowers are an eye-catching combination on the reception tables!

Now you see why we had a tie for top vintage-chic wedding! These gorgeous, full bouquets of amaranthus, dahlias, veronica, succulents, kale, queen annes lace, assorted foliages, and vines are jaw-dropping against shades of purple dresses and the brides beautiful vintage wedding dress. The floral arch with the backdrop of the always beautiful Welkenweir, makes their vintage-chic style undeniably gorgeous.
(Top flowers: babies breath; Bottom Left Flowers: orange gerbera daisies; Bottom Right Flowers: peach french tulips, peach stock, dusty miller, and garden roses, vases wrapped in burlap) We love sassy, rustic brides and weddings! We love the style, the vision, and the fun they have, and, if you're a rustic bride (on any part of the spectrum), we can't wait to hear your twist on the rustic style!
